Refund policy
We hope your items are everything and more! If not, returns happen.
With that in mind, we offer a refund policy to make returns easy for you. We encourage you to ask questions about the items about size, lengths, and the material before you purchase.
As a small business, Kennie & Co. accepts store credit only for qualifying items with their receipt. All items must be unwashed, unworn and in perfect condition. Items may be returned within 14 days of purchase date. After this timeframe, your item will not be eligible to return.
All sales, clearance, and jewelry are final sale and non-refundable.
Shipping charges will not be refunded.
Exchanges:
- We currently do not offer exchanges as we do not know whether or not the item will be in stock by the time your item is returned to us.
Return Instructions:
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Options are USPS and UPS.
- No return authorization is needed, simply ship your item to address sent by boutique owner.
- Please include the packing slip with your return. The packing slip is included in the bag with your purchase and has all of your information and order number on it.
- Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 days for us to process your return. Once processed, your store credit will be emailed to you.
Damaged Items:
- Damaged items must be reported within two days of the receipt of your order. Please email us at shopkennie.co@gmail.com and forward photos of any damage.
Color variation of merchandise due to computer monitor resolutions, lighting, and photography lenses are not qualified as damaged.
Canceled Orders:
- Items are eligible for cancelation 30 minutes after your order us placed for a refund.
- Items are non-eligible for cancelation after your order has been processed.
